All Our Campground Camping Recreation

Our History

This 67 acre property was purchased in 1967 from the Carson Family. Originally an ice business, camping was added for the off season. The entrance was on Second Avenue as Southampton Parkway did not yet exist. The Reaburn family and partners cleared and built sites totalling 695 by 1980. All sites have water, electricity and sewer. Playgrounds, swimming pools, activities and programs have been added over the years. In 2000 the second generation took over operations with John relaxing into a consultation role! He is often found greeting customers from a chair on the office porch. Drop by and introduce yourself.
